Does this constant need for creating content, and the online space being more competitive than ever see personal trainers and online coaches trying to outdo one another with more provocative content? Almost a race to the bottom. Pun intended 😂⁠

I was recently catching up with a colleague to talk about all things coaching, business, and projects with the @ptbusinessacademy⁠

I spoke to him about how I had recently gone above and beyond for a Personal Trainer in the Academy coaching group. ⁠
⁠
After explaining to him the extra effort and time I put in, he said to me, "That's a great content topic, you need to tell this side of the coaching". 💡💡💡💡⁠

It struck me, what a great idea, and yes, I should tell this side of what we do at the @ptbusinessacademy I then pondered and thought why hadn't I seen this as a topic for content? Then it dawned on me.⁠

Going above and beyond for our Personal Trainers had become so ingrained in what i do that it was just the norm. It's just what we do!⁠

So, here we are.⁠
